Full turnkey cost: the car, China-side expenses, customs clearance and delivery to your city
Enter the car price to see the estimate
The full cost of a car from China consists of four components: the price of the car itself, China-side expenses (purchase, export paperwork, logistics to the border), customs payments and delivery to your city. The calculator shows each item separately so you can see exactly what makes up the total.
Customs payments for private individuals depend on the car's age and engine displacement. Cars under 3 years old are taxed as a percentage of their value, cars aged 3–5 years pay a per-cm³ rate (usually the most favorable bracket), and cars older than 5 years pay a higher per-cm³ rate. Electric vehicles have a separate value-based rate.
On top of the duty you pay the recycling (utilization) fee and the customs clearance fee. The personal-use recycling fee is a fixed amount, while the clearance fee depends on the car's value. All of these are already included in the "Customs payments" line.
The estimate uses the current bank exchange rate and effective duty schedules, but it remains preliminary: the final amount depends on the rate on the payment date and the exact car specifications. Leave a request and a manager will prepare an exact quote for a specific car free of charge.
